On a busy Sunday afternoon, we were ordering 1 koi tea from the counter as I had to pay via capitaland. I asked the counter girl if we can do so, she said yes but after waiting for 10 min, she didn't attend to us. If it was impossible to order via counter, she can just reply no. She made us wait for 10 minutes while service people who were collecting their order.

The worst koi store ever. Waited 30 minutes for my drink and still missed my order... This place need to buck up and retrain the staff. Or increase more staff....

Ordered orh nee fresh milk but the amount of mashed up orh nee that is usually stick to the side is barely visible. Staff claim in the morning the mashed up orh nee apparently is harder to spread so its at the bottom
Shouldn’t staff have inform to wait a while for the drink instead of serving it like this ? What for drink harder orh nee when the star is the mashed up ones ??
Apparently staff also ask to try first ,
if dun have then change ?
