Established in 2020, the JEM outlet offers four signature fish soup flavours, each at an accessible price point: the numbing Spicy Poached, tangy Sauerkraut, light Tomato Fish and collagen-rich Collagen Fish Soup, with each bowl including two customisable add-on ingredients and rice.
