Iced mocha less ice. 3/4 of cup had ice. The coffee flavour was mild and it's more like a latte then mocha. $8.8 for iced. Costs more than starbucks for almost half the service and quality.

New shop & went to explore, food not bad but price slightly high. Portion quite fulfilling but for the crab toast maybe the fillings can abit warm cos too cold when I had the other day.

Poor service quality — the food took over 50 minutes to arrive, and I almost finished my coffee waiting. The staff were untrained and indifferent, which was really disappointing. The atmosphere and food were both ruined by the poor service.

Sausage roll, the sausage was salty but the outside bread is super nice! the strawberry matcha was such a disappointment because taste wise it's really good.but the matcha powder wasnt mixed properly and I had so much bitter matcha powder in every sip. I just wish it was better :(

There are cozy space, chair and sofa. It's a good place to have tasty coffee and relax. Their breads are not expensive, but coffee are quite expensive. That may be their business style. Coffee are tasty, not way bitter.
