This malay guy service is sucks and bad , he call me as in im his friend . I hope the manager will teach the employee how to treat customer and call out customer whenever the drink is ready . this happend around 6:15 . plus 3 of them never wear any name tag / apron .

Super bad experience there. Was excited to buy favourite berry peachy from this jurong point boost outlet. However, the male staff who’s a trainer, after making the drink, pour it into the cup until it’s super full and put on the cover although it obviously was leaking out, and the cover wasn’t properly put on :) he saw that but pretended as never see, continued to pack into the plastic bag, hence the plastic bag also kena the juices. Only get a new plastic bag after request to do so. Is there logical thinking?

Had my original size boost filled to the brim which rarely happened at other outlets. Would like to give credit to the staff (Indian?) on duty. She was courteous and friendly.

Madlad doing a solo job alone during peak hours is crazy. He has a total of 15 customers waiting and glaring at him but Boost Singapore doesnt do anything but to provide proper indication of waiting time for bother riders and customers. Do better please management team. You're killing your employees.

I'm a regular, visit at least 3-5 times a week...it used to be a breeze to enjoy my juice particularly at this outlet.. I really appreciate the service before. Sadly it is beyond tolerance now.... How can 1 stuff cope with demand especially on weekends on top of orders from Grab .. it's a long wait now..30mins to get my order taken while yr crew multi task chit chatting on mobiles and serving the orders.. a long queue awaits yet the service attitude is quite hopeless with no urgency.. 😱 Sincerely hopefully your service in this outlet improves soon 🙄
