Waiting over 10 minutes. Still no staff. Lady finally shows up....doesnt even say a word. Worst customer service ever. She didnt make enough of the juice and just kept adding ice....very poor @boost - find a more motivated staff pls.

Change your kiosk! Train your staff to do proper communication with customers. If the staff knows kiosk has problem he shouldn’t keep accepting the orders. I waited for about 20 mins to get a juice.

If can give 0 or negative star, I would have give. absolute atrocious. staffs take their own sweet time, no sense of urgency and even missed my order 🤯 I already look very annoyed and I approached them as I saw orders after me being called… 92 and im 89. ordered since 635pm got my drink 655pm. for 1 drink.

I just wanna tell about one staff member I had. She was on her phone and crouching on the floor so I ordered my drink at 16:35 and I didn't see any staff cus I couldn't see her crouching and I realised it after she stood up. She was on the call laughing with someone that I thought it was other customers at the mall which is not appropriate as a service worker and she ended the call 20 mins after. I recieved my drink at 17:10. This is crazy.
