Likely the worst BK outlet. Unfriendly staff especially the floor manager, assuming as in a different colour uniform. Informed them that the chili sauce packets tasted funky and might have turned bad. She just gave us a side eye. What customer service is that?

There is this service staff there at clementi mall (malay man) who likes to shake his hand with customers. It is ok to shake hands but not after he just cleaned the area and did not even wipe his hands. Pls tell the staff to stop doing that. Secondly, you advertise the mint ice cream in a cup but later dump the scoop in a paper holder. The quantity is also less and very messy. Pls reconsider. Mcd has better option.

Bought BK on Grab. Purchased 3 sets. Missing 1 drink, two burger comes without patty but an extra strain of hair, chicken burger with extreme salty chicken patty. First time purchases burger without patty..how sure how to feel about this..?

I had a great experience at Burger King! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was craving. The Whopper was perfectly flame-grilled, loaded with fresh veggies, and full of flavor. The fries were crispy, and the drink station was clean and fully stocked. The staff was friendly and quick, and my order was ready in just a few minutes. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating. I also really like the deals on the BK app — they make it easy to get a good meal at a great price. Definitely one of my favorite fast-food spots when I want something tasty and satisfying. Highly recommended!
