This is a beautiful outlet with very nice air conditioning. However, the ordering counter is on the outside and not air conditioned. This could be the reason why the three staff I saw all looked unhappy. The cashier especially has a sullen face. I have been to singpost and marina Square a few times. This is first time I visit star vista. I have the Angus beef burger combo. The fries here are not brown enough, taste very bland and worst than McDonald. The Angus beef burger tasted rather bland too. Maybe the patty was not browned enough on the outside. The salad mix was extremely salty. Drinks are fine. This is the worst Carl's jr outlet in terms of food. But physically, it is the most beautiful place. But I will not return to this branch in future.

The burger is not longer the same size as Before. Had a chargrill chic and it looks like kid size. Staff here not too friendly.

Hi my family and I visited this outlet at Buona Vista 2 weeks ago. When I realized they forgot my order , I ask a female waitress about my food. Not only did she give me attitude , making it seem like it was my fault they forgot the ordered. To my horror , they presented me with a completely wrong order. However I decided to keep quiet as I felt that the female waitress will lash out at me.

Im choosing to not speak poorly about my own perceptions of the service standard at Star Vista branch; because ive visited other branches since the time they had the east coast branch, and would just remember that it’s still my choice to complain or go somewhere else. Nuf said here Great food, w decent salsa bar, as always👍👍

Burger standards maintained specially the pork burger. Not much crowd even for dinner time during the weekdays which I like it. Sauce and utensils constantly replenished. Cashier is friendly. Nice casual fast food dining place.
