Ordered via grab a few times before and was quite happy with the large portions. Decided to try eating at the outlet. Rather small space and bench seats could be cleaner. Overall didn’t feel very welcoming from the outside. Ordered the chicken chop set and the order came very quickly. Portion was huge for a lady, chicken chop, veggie, corn and spaghetti. Veggie was not fresh and had started to brown. Spaghetti quite bland. Corn was quite a thin slice, remember it being bigger when I grabbed the last time. Chicken was okay, cooked well. Also ordered a mentaiko Mayo fries. Fries took awhile to arrive but was room temperature even though I was eating it there. Disappointing. Not sure why they think it was okay to not even bother frying it fresh? The sauce was normal. Will not return again.

It is rather warm in the restaurant which may have been due to the lighting. I ordered the steak with spaghetti, requesting it to be medium rare, but unfortunately, it arrived well done. The steak was also thinner than expected, which may have contributed to it being overcooked. On a positive note, my friend's chicken chop spaghetti was tender and enjoyable. The staff demonstrated good customer service by offering me the option to upgrade to a soup and drink set for $4.90, rather than just purchasing a drink for $3. However, the presence of flies in the dining area was a significant distraction, and I found myself constantly swatting them away.

The food is nice and very friendly staff even it is busy that time. The chef and lovely are very quick to the orders and serve with smile. Good patient and customer service👌

Ordered the steak with aglio & chicken chop with aglio. Think I came a bit earlier before dinner time so not too crowded. But after 20 minutes, almost all tables are filled. Foodwise, still ok and acceptable.

There is variety of choices in the menu and those dishes were quite big portion. Price is average. But have the pay at the counter first and it took long time for queuing. The mixed grill with pasta in it, meat were slightly salty but flavorful. The food tastes not bad.
