Hawker culture meets food court comfort with local favourites at Clementi Mall.
EAT. at Clementi Mall brings the spirit of Singapore hawker culture into a clean, air-conditioned food court setting.
The eatery offers a range of local comfort food — from chicken rice and laksa to nasi lemak and fried kway teow — each prepared by specialist stalls under one roof.
Beyond local fare, EAT. includes international options and dessert stalls, making it a practical one-stop destination for groups with diverse tastes. For fuss-free, satisfying local meals at Clementi Mall, EAT. has the neighbourhood covered.
Portion is pathetic for price point. Laksa costs $5.50 but only comes with a fried dumpling ,a fried fish paste beancurd skin thing,4 slices of fishcake and a few Taupok. Soup given is very little as well, barely covering the noodles. Not worth at all!

Read about the negative reviews after finishing my noodle. Very true, If they want customers to return, gotto up their game. If you have a bad day sort it out before coming to work. The front counter lady (tallest abt 1.7m) seriously has a stuck up attitude. Saw her raising voice also to other customers.

Ordered the handmade shrimp dumpling soup and found out that there’s a shell in the prawn which is wrapped inside the dumpling.

I ordered takeaway Lor Mee. It’s good and the cashier taking the order is quite precise with his order: chilli, separate container for sauce? I was away in less than 5 minutes. $6 for medium sized meal for a small eater like me is unbelievable good price.

Good to read that EAT. accepts Visa payment contact less payment. The wall posters are new, the bowls, chopsticks, spoons, mugs, etc.
Meepokda tastes better than previously, though container of cut chilli padi in soy sauce was not replenished even at 8am as staff busied with order taking and serving.
Coffee could be improved to be like that of some coffee stalls in food centres.
