Food is very ex. Kaya butter toast cost $5.90 and ice Tea with milk cost $3.30. Kaya butter was good but for $5.90 ala carte? Luckily I found out got a set of kaya butter toast with coffee or tea at the same price and ordered that. Tea with milk was in a small glass, diluted, lacking tea taste though I asked for gao. Teh peng to me is very important so won't be back here. There are many places with nice coffee, teh peng and kaya butter toast at a lower price.

Finally a Fong Sheng Hao opens in Bukit Panjang! =) A small little diner in Bukit Panjang Plaza. Not too crowded. Good service by staff, and they are very helpful and patient too. Tried their Lu Rou Fan 卤肉饭 on my first visit =) Very delicious and large portion =) 有台湾的味道 =) Revisited a week later, and managed to taste their toast 吐司 this time =) which is what they were originally famous for =) Really good! The bread is do delicious! How extraordinary! =) So no need to go to the branch at Jurong East (Westgate) which is always crowded =) Do this branch at Bukit Panjang Plaza instead =)

The service staff was fantastic! 10/10! Very helpful with her recommendations and even gave me a cup of warm water when I didn’t order a drink. She was very attentive and patient. She was always on her feet! Food was served hot and was crispy! My first time but will definitely be back!

2nd time to this outlet. We like the breakfast - signature spicy and also club sandwich. It’s generous portion and I love the charcoal toasted bread. Ordered Teh C kosong and Kopi C kosong - the drinks can be improved - this will win more business.

The popcorn chicken rice was very nice, but the signature milk tea somehow has some coffee taste, not sure if its meant to be or its an accidental mix. Drinks price is more on the costly side, and few options. Happens to be located just a few shops away from ximenjie which has more varied and affordable drink options.
