Title: Disappointing Ice Kacang Experience π Rating: 1/5 stars I had a terrible experience buying dessert at FOOd. Their ice kacang was overpriced at $3.60 and tasted awful. The portion was tiny - the smallest ice tower I've ever seen! π€― But what really took the cake was the customer service. I asked for no grass jelly, but instead of just removing it, the staff asked me to check the picture in their app π€¦ββοΈ. Um, what if I don't have the app? Not exactly the most accommodating service. Needless to say, won't be back. Not worth the price or the attitude. π

Spinach soup is real expensive with very strong porky smell, absolutely disgusting. Only way to explain is stall did not use fresh pork & without proper processing.
Staff is real firty, her thumb was literally inside the soup when she dishes over to the tray. For some lazy reason, she is only willing to do so single handedly.
The price is ridiculous and expensive.
Try other stalls, why pay for dumplings that are absolutely disgusting to eat.
Dumplings is super small, almost $1 for 1 Dumplings. Not worth the price, very porky smell.

The experience was ok. They should call themselves food court than food junction. The place feels grand but the traffic and layout is a mess. Some seats are exclusive to the food vendor which means you are forced to buy from a particular vendor in order to get the seat. You will be chased out if you do not order from the food vendor. Aircon is pretty weak, and the place is so big that sometimes your food buzzer wonβt ring! Some food is overpriced, example the mala hotpot is seriously expensive as compared to the food court at the basement. Why are there 2 food court in this building ? I think the basement food court has better vibes and seating arrangements, free for all seating too.

I thought that after this food court has been renovated, I could look forward to some exciting food options. However, I was wrong. The teppanyaki here is the worst I have ever eaten in my life, with none of the tastes I associate with teppanyaki. I had the watercress soup, which is something that you normally cannot mess up. Watercress soup everywhere has the same comforting taste. The watercress soup here smells like feet. The rest of my family had other food like yong tau foo, it was bad too. This food court has no redeeming virtue. Avoid at all costs. Edit: The air conditioning is non existent too. I was perspiring throughout my ordeal of a dinner. Truly a multi sensory disappointment.
