Classic Hainanese curry rice with curry-smothered chops and sides at Lot One basement.
Hainanese Curry Rice at Lot One B1 serves the traditional Hainanese-style curry rice that is uniquely Singaporean, where breaded pork chops, fried fish and ngoh hiang are drenched in a rich, slightly sweet curry gravy.
The stall follows the classic formula of rice, a protein or two, and the signature ladleful of curry that ties everything together, with additional sides like chap chye and egg custard.
It is a quick, affordable and deeply comforting meal that reflects Singapore's Hainanese culinary heritage. Visit this Lot One stall when you want that nostalgic, curry-drenched rice plate experience.
Do not visit this stall on the ground floor because they dare to serve undercooked rice to customers. Overall, I have never seen such poor standards. They are under the EAT group, operating as Hainan Scissors Curry Rice. Please be cautious when ordering takeout.
If possible, they don't even deserve a star.

Wish I read the reviews before purchasing. the sets on the menu not available. and althought its curry rice, but need to tell them want curry sauce if not they dont give any. price is so high, its $7+ for 2 veg 1 meat and thin layer of rice. better to visit a mix vegetable rice stall.

Feels sad for the shop owner, 1.6 stars on Google review and still dishing out a low standard curriless Hainanese curry pork chop? If only they put 90% more curry, and their curry separates Chilli oil and paste, more larger pieces veggies , thicker pork chop instead of 4mm go for 6mm. Paid $5.10 take away. Encik Tan curry chicken pork chop beat this one multiple times. They should close the shop or do a complete review of their food served. Totally different from photo displayed. If can refund I would do so.

DO NOT EVER BUY ALA CARTE FROM THIS STALL because tell me how on earth this was $9. braised pork $3.50 (1 pc only), fried chicken $3, broccoli $1.50, rice $0.70, takeaway $0.30. much better off buying their set meals, like the pork chop one priced at $4.90. but then again, their set meals options are limited which compels you to buying ala carte instead. or, if they run out of a certain item in the set meal, they will say they cannot sell the set anymore and must sell via ala carte, and cannot exchange eg fried sunny side up with another kind of fried egg. what kind of logic is this? take note! first time buyers don't be conned! I thought I was the only one getting grumpy about this stall until I was alerted to this whole flak of lousy reviews here!

Lousy. Really need check reviews even for normal stall that has people buying. The alacarte rice was so expensive! The portion is small compared to the charges. The pork chop rice also no taste, very different from the other brand. Bad experience.
