1 star is for the restaurant being pet friendly. The food itself has shrinkflation or I am not sure it this is the intended size. Ordered the negitiro and you see can in the picture how much tuna was in it. Was mindblown. This was the same for the unagi don that I ate. The eibiko tasted weird too. Idk. The quality of the sashimi is questionable with some tasting off. There are much tastier sashimi in almost every other Japanese restaurant that I have frequented before. It was bad enough for me to write a review. Hope that they can relook at their food quality.

We waited for over 45 min for a few basic pieces of sushi. The ramen came quickly but was average at best. The staff was overwhelmed. Most guests were looking around, waiting for their food and it wasn’t even half full when we arrived. I do NOT recommend at all.

Ordered the chirashi don that came with egg, salmon, squid, shrimp, tuna, octopus, scallop, ebiko and a sizeable bowl of sushi rice. The seafood was fresh and enjoyable. My only quibble is that I wish there were more pieces of seafood to accompany with the rice.

There are both indoor and outdoor seatings. The sashimi is generally very good. Typically, there are certain sushi on promotion so they are cheaper, but only limited quantity can be ordered. Had the lunch set as it was weekday and there were a decent selection of lunch sets.

Had a great dining experience at Itacho Sushi. The sushi was incredibly fresh and expertly made—each piece had a clean, rich flavor that really stood out. The menu had a wide variety of choices, and everything was served beautifully. It’s definitely a go-to place for quality Japanese food—I’ll be coming back for sure!
