Food is average, the spicy mazesoba was too spicy (for me). Ramen egg was a bit overcooked. Food portion is very generous tho. I liked the ramen soup.

Keitaku Mazesoba brings the Japanese mazesoba — literally "mixed noodles" — tradition to Singapore, offering brothless ramen that diners toss table-side with a rich sauce and an array of toppings. The signature bowl comes crowned with seasoned minced pork, seaweed, spring onions, garlic chips, and a soft onsen egg that coats every strand in creamy, umami-laden richness.Operating hours not available

I first tried Keitaku Mazesoba Hillion shop 2 years ago. First incident (2023): There was free flow eggs, all the eggs served were rotten. We informed them, and they blamed their egg supplier. They replaced our rotten eggs with more rotten eggs. We left without having any of the free flow eggs. Second incident(2024): 1 year later, I decided to give them another chance. Once again, eggs given to us were rotten, smelly. Once again we informed them, and they blamed their supplier. We ate the ramen alone without any hard boiled eggs and left. Third incident (2025): 3 months later, visited once more. No more free flow eggs, but then again I dared not eat any eggs. Fourth incident (Aug2025): Visited once more, husband and I ate 1 egg each. Both had stomachache for the next 2 days. Eat here at your own risk. If you want to train or test your stomach's ability to tolerate rotten food. And your brain's ability to handle terrible service. Ramen is decent, but we were truly hoping this shop will get their act together after we've bothered to gently give multiple feedback. No more, this shop is now on my black list.

Shop is rather lowkey, somewhat easy to miss since it faces out of the mall. The mazesoba was satisfying to eat and the ingredients complemented each other well, though it felt a little pricey, or perhaps I'm just ignorant of what goes into making the bowl of noodles. It wasn't crowded at all during dinner time, so I think one could enjoy a relatively quiet meal here in an otherwise busy mall.

Had lunch recently at this newly opened outlet at Hillion Mall. It’s located just beside McDonald but you have to enter from outside the building as the restaurant is facing the main road. For our mains we ordered the Signature Minced Pork with dried Truffle Paste Mazesoba and Unagi Teriyaki Mazesoba. We love the chewy texture and taste of the noodles. Each main also comes with free hard boiled egg and soup. The soup is flavourful and tasty too. For sides, we ordered the Spicy Shoyu Gyoza which is quite nice to pair with the noodles. The staffs here are warm and friendly. Currently they have an opening promotion till 8 May’23, when you dine in at this Hillion outlet, you’ll get to enjoy the 3rd mains for FREE when you buy 2 mazesoba bowls.

The Mazesoba is pretty tasty, but I feel that I still prefer ramen over it. Could be a personal preference though. Anyways, they offer a meal with free flow noodles, tea, eggs (hard boiled) and soup. You also have an option to get a portion of rice to eat with the leftover sauce. So honestly, if you’re really hungry, eat here because it’ll definitely be filling and worth your money! Update: I recently just dined here again and I love that the staff are always so friendly and warm! It just makes the dining experience so much better 🥰 even though the space can be a little cramped 😅
