Prawn noodle specialist with rich umami broth and fresh prawns at Hillion Mall.
King of Prawn Noodles at Hillion Mall, also known as Hae Mee, is a prawn noodle specialist that has earned a following for its deeply flavoured broth simmered from prawn shells and pork bones, delivering an umami-rich bowl that is the hallmark of great hae mee.
Located at B2-03/04/05, this stall brings the beloved hawker classic to the mall setting without compromising on the robust flavours that make prawn noodles a Singapore staple.
The menu features both soup and dry versions of the signature prawn noodle, topped with fresh prawns, sliced pork, and bean sprouts, with the broth being the undeniable star. The dry version comes tossed in a savoury chilli and soy sauce mixture that pairs perfectly with the springy noodles, while the soup version showcases the hours-simmered broth in all its amber glory. Whether you prefer your prawn noodles swimming in broth or dry with a fiery chilli kick, King of Prawn Noodles at Hillion Mall delivers the authentic hawker taste. Order a bowl and taste the depth that only a good prawn stock can give.
I had high expectations seeing that they call themselves King of prawn noodles.
Ordered a prawn + pork stomach dry noodles
Soup was ok,prawns were so small n thin I had to use my spoon to scrape the meat off the shell. Pork stomach was bland and had no bite to it.Noodles were so so.
Staff wasn’t very friendly but that was ok,but the couple in front of me was having some trouble paying with paynow since they didn’t seem very tech savvy, instead of trying to see what the issue was, cashier walked off and was having a laugh with her colleague.

Salty inconsistent quality, rude grouchy service staff and tables not regularly cleaned...so expect houseflies. I had my phone put slightly on the edge of the tray, the staff just removed my tray, with the slightest manners to at least apologize. (Maybe she is a robot!) See how tiny their soup is....class shrinkflation! No wonder there was a period some of their outlets failed the hygiene checks n were closed.

I was here this morning with my wife for brunch. It has been a while since we were last here and we ordered our usual: an "A2 Prince" noodles of "Pork Rib Prawn Noodles" soup with kway teow and beehoon. It was as good as before: the soup had a lot of umami and the pork ribs were very tender. As for the prawns, while they were not shelled for convenient eating, they were at least halved. The service here was very good - very friendly and courteous. The dining ambience for my wife and me was good as we dined well before the lunch rush hour, so we had a lot of elbow space and the air-conditioning was more than comfortable.

Decent tasting Prawn Noodle at a dedicated space. Quite a number of combinations to choose from as well as side dishes. Meals for less than $10 in an aircon environment. Self serviced.

One of our favourite prawn noodle place. As usual ordered the A1 selection, 1 soup and 1 dry version. The prawn broth is rich and yummy. They entertain refill :). The set came with fried pork belly and a lime juice drink.
