Ordered via App on a weekday during off-peak hours. Literally no queue. And the staff (girl with glasses, ponytail) still got my order wrong. I requested for Brown sugar pearls, but she gave me normal pearls (which I dislike). Not to mention her rude look and attitude when I went to pick up my drink. Seriously off-putting. Not gonna patronize this outlet anymore.

I visited your Bukit Panjang outlet today at around 8-plus and was honestly quite shocked to see only one young boy with black hair running the entire store alone. He was taking orders, preparing drinks, and handling collection while there were many customers waiting. Even though I still received my drink on time (credit to him for working extremely hard), it is completely unreasonable and unfair for one person to handle an entire outlet alone during such a busy period. This kind of situation creates unnecessary stress for staff and clearly affects the overall customer experience. If staff are expected to shoulder this kind of workload, I truly hope LiHO is compensating them fairly through proper staffing support, overtime pay, or additional benefits, because the amount of effort that boy had to put in today was beyond a normal work expectation. If the company relies on workers to hold the store together like this, then they deserve to be treated and rewarded properly. Please treat your staff better.

Iām quite a regular customer over here, been to this outlet every time since I was sec2 the service is always good til I recently went back there to buy my drinks. I ordered my drink through the app and by the time I reach there it wasnāt ready yet, so I asked the staff but no one was attending to me. One of the staff saw me but continued doing her things which got me abit annoyed. After standing there about 5-10mins she finally ask me what do I want. I showed her my order number and she said wait. I stood there for another few more minute before I go walk around the mall. After 30mins I went back there and my drinks were not even ready! (btw thereās only a few customer over thr so itās not that busy) I thought it was just a small issue and didnāt want to make such a big fuss over it but the service gets worser overtime as itās not the first time it happens. My friend went to the exact outlet and encountered even worse service! (Iāll show the text in the picture) Today was my last nerve as me and my family went there to buy drinks, the staff (guy) glared at us while we were choosing what we want and every time we finish asking for a drink he always shout āIS THAT ALL?ā not only that he never asked for our sugar level before putting everything 50% and itās for real very sweet for me and my family. My mango tango supposed to be yellow turned into orange from the amount of syrup there is in there.
