I ordered a simple drink on the app,went there and they asked for a QR Code,on my phone they didnt give the QR code so I asked the worker there and he didnt even bother to help me,the bank also did not notify me about any transactions. Another thing I would like to add is no cash payment,my 80 year old grandfather came home from an outing alone,he is not familliar with online/cardpayment, the outlet should accept cadh payment.

Ordered one cup from kiosk and another from app
Drinks came without packaging even though stated need packaging, so I decided to pack it myself since two staffs were busy with many other orders. I took my first cup and scanned the QR, followed by the second. However, staff still told me to scan my QR. I thought I had scanned wrongly so I scanned my mobile QR again. no time given after I scanned the mobile one, while I was finding my other receipt (I was holding 3 and wanted to make sure I scan the correctly one), immediately she told me “both need to scan” I kept quiet but felt that she did not give me time, she was so impatient! I scanned both anyways.
I then started to pack my drinks and suddenly she said to me in a bad tone “if you need packaging you can just tell us” I was stunned and answered “I saw you guys were busy with a lot of orders, hence I helped myself without troubling you” she then argued back and said “No you should tell us”
At this point I was angry and annoyed.
Firstly, I thought of how they both were busy with many orders to complete. Why am I getting said for being thoughtful?? Secondly, what is wrong with me packing it myself? It is not the first time I had to pack myself in this store!
Understand she may be just informing me but her tone was SO bad even arguing back after I explain the first time. A feedback is that if you want to help you can offer help by asking “do you need help” or simply say “let me help you” instead of being so rude and having such a bad tone early in the morning!
This store staff have no basic courtesy and no manners, do your job properly, if stated need packaging, pack it! instead of leaving on the counter!
When I packed myself the previous time, the staff did not say anything or offer any help. My friend who bought from hillion mall also has the same experience, stated need packaging but left it on the counter.
They have very SLOW actions as well when they helped to pack that 1 time. ONE TIME.
And yes we frequently purchase at hillion mall, but after these experience, we will consider.

Can’t taste the coconut in the Coconut latte. The taste is not meeting the standard of other outlets. Please look into the proportion of your ingredients.

I was here today (23 NOVEMBER 2025) to try (for me) my first ever coffee from a luckin coffee outlet in Singapore - I only just had a coffee from luckin coffee when I was in Shantou about a week ago and then, I was very impressed by its coffee. I ordered at this Hillion Mall outlet, an Americano Hot and a Black Sesame Daifuku. The coffee was as with my experience in China, excellent - it was smooth yet robust and not acidic, which I would describe a excellent coffee. The Daifuku, though smallish and served cold, paired well with the Americano Hot. Service here was good - patient and helpful. The dining ambience here was more than adequate, considering the size of the outlet.
