McDonald's at Jurong Point

Literally ordered spicy nuggets and gotten nuggets for god sake? called the hotline multiple times and no one picked up. 2nd time gotten the order wrong. cant check before giving out? came another day before 12am closing. reach at 1120pm and everything was cleared?!

Terrible experience at this outlet. Was order a takeaway at 8.23pm but waited for more than an hour to collect my food. The reason was that thier staff assigned a wrong number ticket on the done prepared order. In between I did check with the staff twice(a young lady in red shirt) but was being asked to wait, until the other lady staff(in black shirt) finally realised on their own mistake. The time I collected my order was at 9.37pm. I'm very disappointed not because of the waiting time, but because they don't bother to do service recovery to replace a new one upon such mistake, which I believe won't takes long time to do so. The food was extremely rock cold, fries and buger has become hard to be consuming.

The French fries is terrible. Not even warm. Came here last night and tonight. Same thing happened to the fries.

Ordered the Hot Fudge Sundae at McDonald's and received a pathetic drizzle of hot fudge sauce. The portion was shockingly minimal—it barely covered a quarter of the ice cream. Felt cheated, please improve your quality control and consistency!
