I just ordered from grab dbl mcspicy with cheese so its a different pricing than usual. Even tho its not much but both of my meals came without cheese I had to put my own. Might as well I order and pay dbl mcspicy without the cheese… if its oos I think the least yall can do is to inform..

My friend ordered 6piece chicken nugget m sized fries n m sized milo and we waited so long for the order and found out that someone took it. Please check if the person that is taking the food is the correct customer. 2nd, she paired around $10 and they gave her a happy meal when she didn’t even order that and she told the person and the person said that in the recipe it says happy meal when she knows she didn’t because she remember what she bought, worse McDonald’s place sorry.

They do not have enough fries to serve for a serving, so they just gave me 3/4 fries while waiting for a new batch. The staffs should be trained to have ready supply of fries as I saw quite a few waiting for their orders as fries was delayed.

How does your front counter staff doesn't even know how does the texture of a sundae supposed to be and look like? It's not supposed to be runny and too soft even though it's just dispense from you dessert machine. Check your equipment often and learn how to recover properly to a customer!!
