Easily one of the worst McDonald’s outlets I’ve been to. Waiting times are ridiculously long, and the only reason I still come is because it’s the closest to my house — otherwise I’d go to any other outlet. Multiple times, the fries portion has been absurdly small, which I only realise after reaching home. Sauces like chilli or ketchup are also often missing, and it’s hard to check properly when ordering takeaway. Overall, consistently disappointing and poorly managed.

This is hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The service was extremely poor. Despite having many staff in the kitchen, they were all moving at half speed, which caused a massive delay in order preparation. I waited over 30 minutes just to get my food — at a McDonald’s! To make things worse, they didn’t even include napkins. When I politely asked for one, the counter staff kept repeating “You want paper?” like they couldn’t understand such a basic request. I’m here to eat — of course I need napkins. It was incredibly frustrating and honestly just ridiculous. Instead of wasting time with nonsense questions, maybe try working a bit faster so the people behind don’t have to wait forever too. Totally unacceptable experience.

Service was good but they always mix up my food . I ordered Mc chicken they give me fillet o fish . I order ice cream cone chocolate they give me small version of it . the Clementi one always rabak.

Although seem many bad reviews...but after observing inthe restaurant...many students from special needs and even adults who are special needs or elderly likes to come in here.I believe its because how strategically and accessible for wheelchair. At one point of visit I have seen even 3 wheelchair bound customers or pmd would patronise this outelet. they cant be perfect.But empathy wise they are doing gd job.keep trying.
