We waited for 50 minutes for delivery from Fajar outlet. I stay
4 blocks away from the outlet. Order missing 1 burger. The rider left the items outside the house. Hot drink n cold drink mix in one bag. Call them to ask for missing items, and they told us to request a refund on their app. What kind of fast food service is this? It is totally inconvenient for the customers. The person on the line said it was just a burger missing. Can request a refund. We paid the delivery for?? McDonald should buck up on their delivery service or just close it down..
Never like going to the outlet. They are always short of staff most of the time and the table uncleared and dirty.

Weekday morning. Hardly more than 3 tables of customers. I had a coffee ordered and needed table service as I am alone and had to take care of belongings with 2 big bags. I waited for 20 mins and there's no coffee sent. I left all my belongings to ask at the counter and service staff seemed perplexed with an order. Checked with colleagues and still can't figure out why was it not delivered. Asked me to return to seat. Staff return and asked to see my receipt again. Then my coffee was delivered. After 24 mins or so when there wasn't a crowd, hardly more than 3 tables seated and service staff seems sufficient, yet confused.

I order 2 set meals thru Grab Today. Delivery late for 1hr is 1 thing. End up missing 2 pies and the potatoes. Feedback to Grab and they insisted I received the order. So Now I lugi. This 2 orders not cheap.

Waited 10 minutes for strawberry cone. Went up to counter to check my order, told to wait for my number (
number already disappeared from screen). Check again 5 min later, ghosted. Left without ice cream 0/10.

One of the few 24 hours fast food joint in Fajar area.
Service was always fast. And staffs were always fast and efficient.
With the safe distancing, the queue might be long during the weekend meal times. Overall a standard great Mac Donald experience!
