Food was not bad but service really poor. We were the first to arrive but served after 6 groups - some of whom ordered what we did and more! We didn’t think the restaurant took our follow ups seriously. More care in general would also be good - chilli looks like a coagulated mess.

The menu is pretty extensive where you can find dishes for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Ordered the lu round fan and personally I think it rather average. Nothing to shout about however, both the oyster mee sua and fried chicken is pretty good. The amount of oysters are rather substantial and it's a pretty big bowl as well. Be careful of the chilli as it is very spicy. Overall it's still not bad to give it a try!

Been wanting to try this place for a long time. The 卤肉饭 and oyster mee sua were great. Can give the 蛋饼 a miss. A Taiwanese staff took our orders on this fancy handheld device and can make payment at the same time. So cool!

The waiter are very helpfull and accomodating. Happened to see my Mother in Law when she had dinner at Monki as well. And good thing the waiter allow us to bring cake from outside and even lend us lighter. Order Monki Braised Pork Rice and the Salt pepper chicken. Both are good 👌

Five stars for the braised pork rice - pearl rice with generous amount of pork and sauce topped with refreshing pickled veggies. $6+ Four stars for the Taiwanese tempura -small portion of a form of fish cake $5+ Four stars for salty chicken bites - small portion of crispy chicken bites $8+ Five stars for matcha red bean shaved ice cream- generous portion with good flavour $7+
