3 staff extremely slow. 1 hour wait. Counter guy is a genius who doesnt call for number and have the orders pile up. Everyone has to go forward to ask before he checks one by one.

Waited 24 minutes for my drink only to learn they missed out making my drink. When asked why, the girl just shook her head and turned away without replying. Sad.

Dude at the counter went from 29 straight to 31,32,33, skipping my number that was 30. I waited for quite some time and I thought my order didnt went through but actually it was waiting at the side. Upon drinking my drink, I noticed that the lid was not sealed properly and it leaked over my table(thankfully not my clothes). I enjoyed the drink but the service could use some improvement.

Drinks are tasty and worth the hype. Luckily the craze died down so I did not have to wait too long for 2 drinks.
