Lombok-style fried chicken nasi lemak with fiery sambal and aromatic coconut rice.
Nasi Lemak Ayam Taliwang brings the distinctive flavours of Lombok, Indonesia, to Singapore with its specialty Ayam Taliwang -- a style of fried chicken marinated in a fiery blend of spices and chillies that sets it apart from the usual nasi lemak accompaniments.
The stall pairs this boldly seasoned chicken with fragrant coconut rice and sambal, creating a plate that delivers an Indonesian twist on Singapore's beloved nasi lemak. The menu centres on the signature Ayam Taliwang nasi lemak set, which comes with the spiced fried chicken, coconut rice, sambal, fried egg, cucumber, and anchovies.
The Taliwang-style chilli marinade delivers a distinctive smoky heat that lingers pleasantly, differentiating it from the more commonly seen fried chicken versions. Additional sides and extras allow diners to customise their plate to their liking. For nasi lemak lovers seeking something with an Indonesian kick, Nasi Lemak Ayam Taliwang delivers a fiery, flavourful alternative. It is the same beloved coconut rice, reimagined with Lombok's fiery spirit.

This was my first time dining at this outlet, and I was truly imprbessed by the exceptional taste of the food. The staff member who assisted me in the picture was not only warm and sociable but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering excellent recommendations that enhanced my dining experience. I’m already thinking of returning every night, as both the service and cuisine exceeded my expectations. Your team is fortunate to have such a dedicated and passionate this kind of staff, who was assisted me tonight and as long as you continue to nurture this level of talent, I’m confident your establishment will flourish. Thank you for a truly memorable experience.

This really surprised me. Very good.
The rice itself flavored with ginger, lemongrass, pandan. Chilli is good too. Tried No.11 Highly recommend to try this. Only 1 small improvement if possible, change a better rice, too many broken rice bits.

Best nasi lemak in a food court. Number 11 on the menu is my favorite. Rice is fragrant and chicken is nicely seasoned and cooked. Nasi lemak chili woohoo...

Ordered from Grab and the Nasi Lemak is really one of the best I ever had. Food was delicious and fresh. Will definitely buy more in future.
