Bought dong ding oolong tea with pink cactus pearl, the tea tastes good but most of the pearls are uncooked. There are a few that's soft and chewy but the rest are hard and powdery when I bite into them. Waited about 10 minutes for my order even though there were two people in front of me who ordered one drink each.

Tried the new taro milk tea. Nothing was tea abt it: more like milk with water, ice and undercooked taro. Despite the hefty price tag of $5.2, we threw it away.

Overall a positive experience.. one of the better Boba in the market. However the good boba flavour always sold out, which is quite turned off (minus stars). Located at level 1 of Westgate Mall.

Bought 2 cups of osmanthus oolong milk tea with chrysanthemum pearl, tried 1 and was so diluted despite 100% sugar and no ice! Super disappointing. Have playmade already lost standard and like other bubble tea brands starting to add water to their milk tea? Will not buy again.

One of my favourite bbt chain now 🏆 Only knew they had special pearls after watching the daily ketchup podcast and thought it was rather interesting so we tried. The honey green tea with grape pearls was amazing, tea was fragrant, honey wasn’t overwhelming and the taste of the grapes came in last with each sip, very amazing layers of flavours🤤 Definitely will return in future whenever we are craving for a bbt with a little fun 💯
