An Employee's Attitude Seriously Affects a Bread Brand. When you show your membership card to pay, the cashier is particularly impatient. This is more than the first, so I decided to throw the card and don't go to this store for any consumption. And funny thing is when u informed her for no need carrier beg,she still will packed for u .really speechless If you mind people using membership card like this, please stop sending cards everywhere in your outlets.

Awful counter aunty. Be wary of utilising vouchers at their outlets, as they could discredit them and tell you off. She expects that you know what to do, and told me to swipe swipe swipe. Quickly swipe. Then after swiping, she exclaimed rudely that I did not let her see that I swiped. If you want to prevent a bad experience, swipe it right in front of her eyes. Did not even manage to get the banana cake I bought for. Super horrid and distasteful experience.

Saw so many reviews about Rude aunty and happened I just redeemed banana cake at clementi mall, really very rude aunty, I just swiped 1 and she told me quick quick in mandarin for another but later made noise I did not show her. I told her off if sge has customers, she can attend 1st No Need Ask me swipe and complained she yet seen, My hp placed on table for 5 mins showing date, time and order completed, yet kept said I nagging her unable see. PLEASE LAH, everywhere once u redeemed, machine will capture your payment or acknowledge voucher. She said wanted call Police, go ahead as all bad reviews. Regardless food nice Also no point buy from them, previously I bought 2 times, the girls are very patience and nice.

Bought from them as they have some unique flavours. Cashier seemed like a trainee but service was pleasant. Take note that the cash register rounds up instead of rounding down. I bought a bread which had 20% discount so the total was an odd $15.82. The cash register rounded it up to $15.90 so when I asked the cashier he said it was a system limitation but gave me the change for $15.80 anyway. Well, that wasn’t really the reason for my review. The worse part is finding hair stuck in the butter roll the next morning… 🤮 😭

Be careful when you choose the breads to buy for this promotion. Not ALL breads are 1 for 1 and it's not stated clearly in the promotion poster. Very misleading...
