Hi! I hope this feedback reaches the owner/store manager. I love your tea’s flavour and have been highly recommending it to everyone around me. Sadly, today (14 Sep 25) when I had it, the tea flavour was so diluted! My previous visit was just a few weeks ago and it still tasted fine then. I really hope the standard doesn’t remain this way 😞. I’ll gladly revert this back to 5 stars on my next visit if the quality returns. 🙏🏻 Thank you.

Nice service staff, who helped to add 50% sugar to my bubble tea as I requested after tasting the earlier 0% sugar level ordered. Situated in front of the music school, able to appreciate the school performance at times from the seats. The drinks serves are kinda of different from the usual bubble teas. Prefers the tea selections without the milk, which offers more taste to the tea!

Can find Suzhou style 碧螺春milk tea and also soft and chewy mochi here! Love their milk tea with refreshing jelly , their tea is more too strong flavour, slightly bitter at first but has a sweet aftertaste. They do have dessert such as Orhnee Mochi, milk tea snow ice and also Suzhou Nuojiji! If you love mochi , you should definitely check this out!

By far the best Suzhou Biluochun milk tea!!! The tea was extremely fragrant, natural and calming, blended in beautifully with the creamy milk. The best part is being able to taste both the tea and the milk complement each other perfectly.
I would say that ordering at the recommended sugar level (50%) would be ideal.
The work spent in not just the marvellous tea but also the beautiful decorations really capture the unique vibe of this tea shop!!!

Nothing beats a relaxing and therapeutic drink from this place, after a long day’s shopping. As a first visit, I went for one of the two signature drinks - Orchid Biluochun Milk Tea and found it odd that I wasn’t asked the sugar level nor the toppings for this drink. Assuming it might be fixed, I didn’t bother checking with the cashier. But as soon as she reconfirmed my order, she shared that for a first visit, she’ll recommend me to have the drink at 50% sugar level. Order came right up shortly, and I was surprised how fragrant it was. The first sip was very sweet, but as I went on with the next few sips, I knew why the cashier lady recommended 50% sugar level as their brew was much stronger than a lot other bubble tea stalls out there, and the sugar complemented it well. And the barley pearls that came with the drink blended well with the flavours. Looking forward to my next visit already. 😍
