One of the biggest regrets of 2024 was purchasing this $10 drink. 1) There was no price indication anywhere on the menu for this drink before buying it.
2) It came in the smallest size. (attached a photo of the drink:hand ratio)
3) It said it was a sparkling peach tea but it wasn't sparkling at all. It tasted like pink dolphin. Without the pearls it would have been 8.90, like huh?? If you're buying from here, clarify the prices before buying it or maybe...just don't buy at all.

Signature KOI at The Star Vista in Buona Vista is a concept store by KOI Thé, known for its premium bubble teas and stylish, modern decor. The environment and ambience are comfortable, bright, and inviting. Visited on a Monday before lunch, and the place was surprisingly empty and peaceful. Tried their Signature Coffee iced drink, which turned out pretty average—nothing special. You’re probably better off sticking to their classic bubble teas, which they’re widely known for and consistently deliver on.

Overrated tipsy drinks with barely any alcohol.
Rigid, unfriendly and unaccommodating people with no interest in customer service. I saw the amount of liquor that was in my so-called tipsy taro drink and it was so unbelievably little - like 3 teaspoons worth? $9.90 for this is crazy. There was also no pricing indicated on any of their special drinks so have to keep asking. I asked “which of the 3 drinks has the strongest taro flavour?” And she replied “none of them have very strong taro flavour so there’s not much difference which drink you order”…. Huh?????? What’s the point of your taro drink creation then? I asked if they could do a pure taro version they said sorry no such thing and that they are unable to customise as well. When I tried to buy the full liquor bottle at 10.01pm (they close at 10pm) (also you are only allowed to buy it at a discount if you buy their tipsy taro drink), they didn’t bother entertaining me nor was unapologetic about it.

The first time I tried the whiskey chocolate an alcohol drink at KOI and is very special and nice. Also a lot of variety of brownies, I tried the dark overload chocolate which is crispy at the outside and super soft inside, perfect even without ice cream to go along.

My all time fave outlet for their alcohol bbt when they were the original outlet to start with its signature. From there, been to other signature outlets like Jewel, ION & Tangs. All are equally good with their friendly staff. They are the most welcoming anyone to ask their advise on the drinks.
