Starbucks - West Mall at West Mall

Quite a spacious Starbucks for this space. The staff was friendly and helpful even though I wasn’t so sure about the process of redemption and top up. The drinks were tasty and the new Halloween cake was quite nice too but can be less sweet. On the whole a good snack time for a short break in the afternoon. Can get crowded through the day. Easy access from Bukit Batok mrt to westmall.

It's a Starbucks! Place is situated in ground level of Westmall and sports approximately 50 seats. Opens daily till 1030pm. Menu was standard and service crews were polite. Place was spacious, clean, and fully air-conditioned.

This outlet has been opened for a while ever since taking over Tom and Stefanie's space. Tbh, I have never dined in at this outlet but this is the next most convenient store, with the first being the one at Hometeam NS. I bought 2 small reusable bags here and is still using them to this day. Just a shout-out to the friendly barista here who are always eager to give their best service. But this review is about a great initiative. They are giving used coffee grounds for your use. The grounds still smell good and we will be mixing it into our fertilisers at home.

I like coming here to have my drinks and especially for the chicken wrap foldovers as this place very cosy, staffs very courtesy, attentive, friendly, pleasant and helpful. Normally I will have my lunch at AONE Signature restaurant before dropping in here for the coffee and snacks.

We ordered both similar food item with different breads. Find their breakfast pricey.. the drinks are good size though! the cake is good!
