Subway at Hillion Mall

Been going to this outlet for quite awhile now, and was definitely shocked to see how much the cookie has reduced in size?? It’s almost the same size as an airpod now, this size of cookie for the price paid is quite distasteful to be honest. The ratio of cookie to bag is not even somewhere close to half its height like before.

Nowadays the Subway staffs don't seem to be trained properly to put up their sandwiches. One of the exception is this branch - uncle who usually serve me does it so that my sandwiches still look like a sandwich. But please be patient with him as he's quite elderly.

I was here today to take away my "must always order" Subway choice of Tuna Multigrain Wrap. I never tire of it and it very rarely goes wrong for me, wherever I order it, whether in Singapore or overseas. My ordering experience at this Hillion Mall outlet was very good - I was welcome by the female crew member from afar, who took my order with a smile and in a very friendly manner. And the subsequent male crew member who prepared my wrap content-wise and took my payment was very professional and very friendly and courteous. While I took away my order, I could see that the dining ambience here was very good - spacious seating and in air-conditioned comfort.
