Subway at Lot One

Honestly had nothing to complain about the service or atmosphere. But the sandwich wrapping was horrible. My avocado and tuna fillings leaked out and leaked all over the bag.

Ordered via Foodpanda and my order was wrong. I asked for extra ingredient but it was not given at all. The veggies I asked for were not given but instead, I got tomatoes which I did not ask for. Bread was so dry. unpleasant experience.

Really bad place to eat food. I ordered a normal veggie delight without tomato. I got the tomato! I don’t like tomatoes. I understand the hassle but I mean I specifically stated that I didn’t want tomatoes. The cookies were hard and not at all round. I really disliked that it was rock hard. I love the softness of the subway cookie which was missing.

Came here for the breakfast. Ordered a Italian bread with Bacon. The younger staff asked if I would like to have a cookie or hash brown and I chooses the hash brown. She then asked if want a coffee or tea. I told her I would like tea. She then asked if I want latte. I told her tea is good as I dont take coffee or milk. Then the older staff that is making my sub told me that latte will have to pay extra. When I was paying, I just realised that they charged for hash brown and tea. Its been awhile since I tried their breakfast and I thought it was $6+. But with the added hash brown and tea I have to pay $8.9. The staff should have told me that hash brown and tea is not included in the $6+ deal. And the way they asked as if its included is very misleading. The advertisement on the board is not clear too. The bread is heated and the portion of vegies are good. Breakfast bacon only came with one streak of bacon….overall food is fresh and good. But Subway have to train their staff better and modify the advertisements to be not misleading.

Ordered lunch in this outlet today and the plump lady wearing specs whom I reckon must be the manager had a very very bad vibe and attitude. No smile, no acknowledgement, and having a frown on her face while taking orders as if she is not interested to take orders. Not interested to work or serve customers, please leave the industry and do not serve customers with a bad attitude. Do remember that we are customers who pay for the food, not taking anything for free or from her lunch box! Please send your staff for customer service courses on how to have better etiquettes and attitude.
