Tender fresh was supposed to be almost as good as the Jollibee from the Philippines but this branch sells dry fried chicken and the staff are always short on smile. Chicken in Yew Tee tastes better with friendly staff.

Ordered grilled chicken leg with rice, order is ready to pick up immediately. However taste was below sub par. The chicken does not look or taste grilled at all. It tasted like boiled chicken, and is overcooked and dried out. Please believe in the 1 star reviews and stop buying from this shop. -5 stars if can.

Your staff attitude can be trained further. It is not the first time she gave an attitude. My husband commented the same for the same plump lady. If it is during rush hour I can understand her black face. But do check your CCTV at around 1235pm. When I was there, there was no queue except a man whom placed an order before me. Your staff was very rude with no sense of politeness. Not even thank you. It is like everyone owes her a living face. Do check with her does she even wants to earn a living in F&B industry? If yes, she should be make known to provide customer service. No one spoke rude to her, not even the man whom ordered before me. What a day spoiler..

I ordered beef spagetti and 2 pcs wing rice set. The amount of fries that I get was totally unbelievable. The fries was to replace the coleslaw and guess the amount of fries that I get? It was just 9!! I dont think I bought a kids meal. The cashier was very rude, long face with attitude as if I owe her one. Will never go back there again.

This aunty at CWP outlet really so rude, tell me quickly order and returned changed jus put on the table and say “take” wats this man!!!! So rude.
