Was there today evening, I have to say the Indian lady who was at the counter serving has an attitude. Please she needs to be trained again. She does not care about her tone and the language use. I don't know if she was the manager but if she was, I have to say disappointed with the appointment to her as the manager. Please work on the attitude before serving customers.

Fast cuisine with excellent hygiene can be found at Texas Chicken Ten Miles Junction. Regarding a staff member named Peter (night shift manager), I have a few remarks. He provides poor service; if he is present, he will be quite indolent. I ask for chicken, explaining that it will take an hour to fry. He'll give me a sardonic glance as if 'm getting free food. He must satisfy my needs, offer me the food, and deliver decent service because I am paying. I hope the management gives him guidance and instruction in customer service. a request that the management provide him with the appropriate training. I hope the management take my complain under consideration, thank you. This picture I took on the second day with lights all off, can anyone advise is this a rule in Singapore for 24 hours fast food restaurant to off lights at midnight...?

Ordered a delivery for a family meal on 13/7, and found out that one of my extra coleslaw didn’t come. Took a while for the outlet to pick up my phone call, and I really appreciate Peter’s prompt response. They couldn’t do another delivery, so Peter suggested a refund. It was all settled within 30 mins. Here’s a shoutout for Peter for the great customer service recovery! 5 stars for that :) Also the sweet potato balls are great. Do try!
